Open Question: Looking for a DIY home sustainability site?

Hello everyone! I have recently been very much into the ideas of sustainability and natural energy. I have read stories of people in Denmark that run their entire house on electricity that they generate from wind turbines. They heat their water from a copper pipe cluster in their back yard. Or people that collect there own rain water their gardens. A bunch of stuff like that. Is there a website dedicated to DIY projects like that? Maybe not so much step by step instructions as much as it could be a blog that is dedicated to telling the stories of these people. I bet I would be on that site all day.
